Come join me for the opportunity to participate in the first online 8-week birth preparation course with Birth Wisdom Circle!

This course is designed to be a group, interactive course with weekly Zoom sessions where we get to know each other and delve more deeply into the material.

This holistic offering delves into the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of labor and birth providing you with many resources and opportunities for reflection and practice. We will end with a group Mother Blessing ceremony.

By the time you complete this course, you will have a tool kit full of embodied tools and increased confidence and trust in the birth process.
