This intimate experience is a small group journey. Through weekly Zoom gatherings, we build connection, explore the material deeply, and create space for meaningful conversation and reflection.
This holistic offering delves into the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of labor and birth. By the time you complete this course, you will have a tool kit of embodied resources and increased confidence and trust in the birth process.
We will close together with a beautiful Mother Blessing ceremony—honoring the threshold you are preparing to cross.
